RIVER IBI


Located on the south bank of the River Benue in Taraba state, is a collection point for sesame seed and soybeans and is a source of cooking salt for people in the area.

The river is a port between 2 local government areas in Taraba state and from this picture, we can see people on boats moving from one port to the other. This form of transportation is also a form of livelihood for the locals in the area.
